Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using glyphzerolabs.com (the "Site") or any free tools, content, or evaluation materials we make available through it, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms are between you and Glyphzero, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Glyphzero," "we," "us"). They cover informational use of the Site only. Paid use of SURADAR or any Glyphzero product is governed by a separate Pilot Agreement, Master Subscription Agreement, or evaluation agreement executed between you and Glyphzero.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business users acting on behalf of an organization. By using the Site you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have authority to act on behalf of any organization you reference.
3. Permitted use
You may:
- Browse the Site and read public content.
- Use free tools (such as the AI Readiness Quiz and the MCP Auth Scanner) for internal evaluation purposes.
- Share links to public pages.
- Contact us to request a demo or pilot.
4. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Use the Site or our tools to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying source code of any Glyphzero product unless permitted by applicable law and only to the extent permitted.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy Site content for commercial use without our written permission.
- Use the Site or our tools to build a competing product or service.
- Interfere with the operation of the Site (denial-of-service, malicious traffic, attempted unauthorized access).
- Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation when contacting us.
- Use the Site in any manner that breaches our Privacy Policy or our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Free tools
We make certain interactive tools available on the Site at no charge. These tools run client-side in your browser and do not transmit your inputs to Glyphzero unless we expressly indicate otherwise on the tool page. The output of these tools is provided for informational purposes only — it does not constitute professional, legal, security, or compliance advice. Do not rely on tool output as the sole basis for a material decision.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, code, designs, logos, and the SURADAR name — are the property of Glyphzero or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for the permitted uses described in Section 3.
"Glyphzero" and "SURADAR" are trademarks of Glyphzero, Inc. Other names referenced on the Site may be trademarks of their respective owners.
7. Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about our products or the Site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our products and services. You confirm that any feedback you submit is your own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
8. Third-party content and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of any third party.
9. Disclaimers
The Site and all content and free tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyphzero will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any free tool, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glyphzero, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Site or any free tool.
12. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
